This site is owned and operated by HJUK Job Board Limited; Hospitality Jobs UK is an on-line advertising job board website for the Hospitality sector. Your use of this site is subject to the following Terms and Conditions, which by use of the site, it is deemed that you understand and are agreeing to all these terms.  Please read our terms carefully.

Hospitality Jobs UK disclaims all responsibility for any damages, financial loss of profits or any other consequential contract losses or inability to use the site permissible by law.

Hospitality Jobs UK do not provide any warranty on any jobs and their content appearing on this site.  We do not provide warranty for advertisement inaccuracy, errors, or general omissions of job content or for any other purpose. 

We do not provide warranty or accept responsibility for ensuring advertisements comply with relevant laws and regulations. Hospitality Jobs UK do not provide any warranty as to the functionality of its site should it become interrupted, restricted, or delayed for any reason.

This page contains “Hospitality Jobs UK” Terms of Business.  It is to be read in conjunction with the other terms and conditions appearing on the site including “Hospitality Jobs UK” Privacy Statement.  

By the Customer/ Account Customer  use of this site, you are agreeing to our full terms. The purpose of the site use must be strictly for lawful purposes when seeking to recruit staff, or when seeking employment. Job seekers and recruiters need to understand that the function of this job board operates as a venue site and does not introduce or recommend candidates seeking work to recruiters.  

3. Use of the Site

All material available and used on this site remains the property of Hospitality Jobs UK or its third-party suppliers.   Hospitality Jobs UK reserve all copyright and database rights and use of the site does not give you ownership rights over such materials.  Under no circumstances should you attempt to undermine the security of the site. You are not permitted to otherwise copy, display, transmit or distribute any material from this site.

4. Information on This Site

Whilst we will endeavour to ensure that the information on this site is accurate and complete, some of the information is supplied by third parties and therefore we are not able to check the accuracy of this information. 

We do not accept responsibility or liability arising from any inaccuracy or omission of information supplied by you, any other site user, or any other person. 

 5. Submitted Information

The Customer/ Account Customer are responsible for any information submitted to the site. 

This must be true, accurate and current.  It must not be misleading discriminatory, obscene, offensive, defamatory, illegal, unlawful, or in any way breach any civil or criminal law.  At our discretion, we reserve the right to remove any information supplied by you from the site without reason or notice.

6. Data Protection

Hospitality Jobs UK’s use of personal information supplied by the users of our site, are governed by our privacy policy.  All personal details and collated data may be transferred to UK based third party service providers for storage and or for processing on our behalf.  In accordance with our Privacy Policy, we will endeavour to handle your information wherever possible. By submitting your personal contact details, you are happy to be contacted by Hospitality Jobs UK.

7. Security & Passwords

Upon registration, users will require a username and password.   Passwords are generated for the sole use of the person to whom they are issued. 

The Customer/ Account Customer are solely responsible for the security and proper use of your password which should always be kept confidential, and which should remain undisclosed.  We do not accept liability for any unauthorised or improper use or disclosure of the password or the consequences thereafter.

8. Links to other Sites

On this site, the Customer/ Account Customer  will be offered automatic links to third party sites for example to make a payment.  We do not accept liability or responsibility in respect of the content of such sites.  Automatic links to gain access to third party sites are used entirely at your own risk.

9. Computer Viruses & Interruption of use

The Customer/ Account Customer are responsible for ensuring that your computer system meets all relevant technical specifications necessary to use the site or any service made available through it.  We do not offer warranty or assurance that the information is compatible with all computer systems and browsers.

Whilst we endeavour to protect this site from computer viruses, worms and other destructive features, we do not warrant that the site is destruction or infection free.  We do not accept any liability for any damage that may result from the transmission of destructive files. You are responsible for implementing sufficient procedures and virus checks (including security and anti-virus) to satisfy your requirements for the accuracy of data input and output.

The standard of our web site is high and well maintained however as an internet-based company, some errors or omissions or interruptions of service and delays may occur. We cannot be responsible or liable for any such errors, omissions interruptions or delays or the consequences as result.  As deemed necessary, we may vary the specification of the site without notice.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

The site terms and conditions may be changed by Hospitality Jobs UK . If this happens, Hospitality Jobs UK shall first notify all Customers/ Account Customers of the proposed amendments.

11. Advertiser/Recruiter Information

We respectfully request that the Customer/ Account Customer demonstrate integrity and professionalism with individuals who may respond to an advertisement you have posted and not do anything which may bring Hospitality Jobs UK into disrepute. The Customer/ Account Customer will indemnify us from and against any claim brought by any individual against Hospitality Jobs UK arising from your breach of this obligation or any other of these terms and conditions.

The Customer/ Account Customer are solely responsible for the material content and for ensuring that you have the right to supply it.  It must comply with all relevant legislation and codes of practice. If in the event of complaint pertaining to submitted material or its content we may, at our discretion, remove the material from display without reference or liability to you. You will indemnify us against any claim that the material infringes the intellectual property rights or other rights of others or is defamatory or otherwise offensive.

The Customer/ Account Customer are solely responsible for the taking up of any candidate references and interpreting the responses you receive, including confirming any professional or academic qualifications, arranging medical examinations, and obtaining work permits. Hospitality Jobs UK do not accept responsibility for the candidate selection of those who apply through your advertisement.

Job advertisements placed on Hospitality Jobs UK must be for genuine vacancies only. The Customer/ Account Customer are not permitted to copy, redistribute, or generally share candidate material in either an internal or external capacity.

The Customer/ Account Customer are required to provide ALL creative content for your advertisement in acceptable format at least two working days before the go-live date specified in your order.   Failure to do so may result with “non-refundable/chargeable” and missed deadlines.  Commencement of services will not be implemented prior to order form acceptance and full receipt of payment.

We do not guarantee any response to your advertisement or that responses will be from individuals suitable for the job advertised. It is the Customer/ Account Customer responsibility to carry out such checks and procedures as are necessary to ensure that candidates are suitable for the job advertised and have the required qualifications and personal characteristics.

12. Rates

All rate options and price tariffs are outlined in the sections marked “Recruiter”.  Any discounts agreed are confidential and may not be disclosed by the Customer.

A job posted on Hospitality Jobs UK will remain live for 42 days

All jobs posted that exceed the specified contract terms will be charged for individually, the terms of which will be outlined prior to contract commencement.  If a customer deletes a job and then either reposts it or posts another, this will be classified as “two” jobs.

 Upon commencement of contract orders, surplus or unused jobs will not be permitted to be carried over past the contractual term of 42 days without prior consent and or agreement by the HJUK Management.  The Customer will be responsible for payment for any unused Services.

13. Payments

Authorised “Customer/ Account Customers” will have payment option facilities of paying either by BACS transfer or by cheque. Cheques made payable to:-

All invoices are payable upon receipt of signed client confirmation form(s). Late payment will entitle us to suspend provision of your services.  

All prices exclude VAT which is applied at prevailing rates All invoices are payable within 28 days from issue date.

14. Refund Policy 

Once your advertisement has been uploaded and your campaign has started, you will not be entitled to a refund.  All transactions are in pounds sterling.

15. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your registration and or deny you access to the Hospitality Jobs UK site or any part of the site at any time within our discretion and without any explanation or notification to you.

16. Complaints or Queries

17. Jurisdiction.

The use of this web site or any part of it is governed by and construed in accordance with English law. You agree that the Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes that arise.
